COLLETON RIVER
|
|
Colleton River Plantation is just
off the bridge from Hilton head and is a private 1,500 acre residential country
club. It includes 7.5 miles of saltwater marsh outlook and more than a mile of
deep water on the Colleton River. It is bordered by a 1,200 acre South Carolina
Nature Preserve, the Colleton River, and enormous tidal marshes. The community
also has three golf courses, a Pete Dye 18 course, a Jack Nicklaus 18 hole
Signature course, and a 9 hole Augusta National-type par-3 course. The two golf
courses have been ranked in the top one hundred golf courses in America. If you
enjoy top-notch golfing and fashionable living, you should consider Colleton

| OLDFIELD |
| Oldfield, located on Route 170,
is virtually equidistant from Beaufort, Savannah and Hilton Head Island, (all
30 minutes), with Charleston only 90 minutes to the north. The superb location
places three of the South's most beautiful and historic cities at our doorstep.
On the south side of Oldfield is the Okatie tidal river with high levels of
diversity among marine and plant life. Oldfield is blessed with many of the
region's "signature" live oaks - trees which are virtually symbolic of the
Carolina Lowcountry. There are dry marsh, salt marsh, forest, pastures and
ponds throughout the area. Oldfield golf members get to enjoy the Greg Norman
designed golf course that really showcases the landscape exactly the way a golf
course should in the Lowcountry. |

| HILTON HEAD PLANTATION |
| Hilton Head Plantation is located
on the northern tip of the island and is the second largest community. It
encompasses 4,000 acres of naturally lush island vegetation that is haven for
both wildlife and man. It is well planned and meticulously maintained. This
friendly community of predominantly full-sized and patio home sites are
designed to accommodate approximately 4,000 families. The community is bounded
on two sides by Port Royal Sound and Skull creek, its breathtaking sunsets and
water views are unsurpassed. Hilton Head Plantation includes four separate
equity golf clubs, tennis courts, a beach park, swimming pools, leisure trails,

PORT ROYAL PLANTATION |
| Port Royal Plantation is a 1000
acre private beach front community limited to single family homes and was the
second island community to be developed (in 1968). Its has three miles of wide
sandy beach that round the curve from the Atlantic Ocean to Port Royal Sound.
It has a historical site where the earthworks of Union Fort Sherman still
stand. The facilities include a magnificent Southern Clubhouse, three golf
courses, a championship croquet court, and a five star racquet
club. |

| SEA
PINES |
| Sea Pines was the first community
created in the original development of Hilton Head Island, setting an
environmental standard for excellence. Located on the southwestern tip of the
island, Sea Pines spreads across 5,000 acres, including a 400-acre forest
preserve with nature trails. Sea Pines has four golf courses, dozens of tennis
courts, two breathtaking marinas and famous lighthouse. This community hosts
one of the most renowned sporting events in the country; The MCI
Classic. |

| Shipyard is one Hilton Head's
original planned communities, situated on 803 acres on the Atlantic Ocean side
of Hilton Head Island. This community is a mix of resort and residential

selected by Tennis Magazine to be among the top 50 in the United
States. |

| SPANISH WELLS |
| For those individuals who
treasure waterfront privacy and tranquility, Spanish Wells Plantation is the
answer. This 350 acre community has a semi-private nine-hole golf course and
private pool complex. Spanish Wells homesites are one acre in size and feature
fabulous views of Broad Creek, the open waters of the Calibogue Sound and the
Intercostal Waterway. Many of the island's largest and most expensive homes can
be found in Spanish Wells. |

| Wexford Plantation is an
