Actually, remodeling does not come close to describing the scope of the work done on our home It was not a remodel, but rather a reinvention. Starting on November 1,1999, you were able to completely demolish our home and deliver us a brand new and better home in 6 short months, at the price you said you would. The work you and your people were able to complete is truly extraordinary, You should be proud of yourself; you are truly a master of your craft, We are elated with the finished product. The quality of the work done is incredible, the materials used are all first rate and the time it took to complete the job was a bit quicker than we expected. But that is not the real story as far as Joan and I are concerned. Tearing apart a home and rebuilding it may be considered by some to be just a job. A job to get done as quickly and profitably as possible, with no regard to the emotion and distress the homeowners was experiencing. Dealing with you has been one of the best business relationships we have ever encountered. From the very beginning, when we first asked for you to bid our job you presented yourself as a knowledgeable, upfront kind of person. When we initially balked at your bid, you were able to offer us suggestions and recommendations that would reduce our cost, while not compromising our intent. During the demolition phase of the project I know we were not the easiest people to deal with. You always handled yourself professionally, explaining what was being done, why it was being done and what we could expect to see done next, We always felt comfortable that you were on top of the situation and in control of the process, We were also impressed how well you kept us informed. We knew in advance when scheduling conflicts would arise, we knew very soon after you did when problems arose. And you never tried to pass off the problems on someone else. You just dealt with them head on. This Way small problems never became big problems. Breeze, when we started the reinvention of the house, we were very nervous. We were concerned about the magnitude of our undertaking. We were inundated with horror stories from friends about how out of control the costs would be, about how much longer the actual project would take than we anticipated. We were hit with stories of shoddy workmanship on the island, and how the builder would saddle us with hidden fees and expenses. After our project and dealings with you, Joan and I feel sorry for those people and their horrible experience. They should have used you. We experienced none of these things in our dealings with you. You are truly a craftsman, you are a gentleman and it is our great fortune to have had you build our home. Thank you again it has been a great experience dealing with you.
